Carmel Corcoran

Carmel founded Insignia in 2009. After graduating from UCL with an LLB in Laws, Carmel was admitted to Grays Inn as a Barrister. She was then admitted to the Bar in Hong Kong where she was in private practice before joining the Hong Kong Government. Upon return to the UK Carmel qualified as a UK solicitor. Since 1996 Carmel has specialised in trade marks, designs and related IP. Carmel is a UK Registered Trade Mark Attorney qualified by examination and a member of the Institute of Trade Mark Attorneys. She also holds the right to conduct litigation relating to trade marks and designs before the UK courts.
Guy Holland

After graduating from UCL with an LLB in Laws, Guy was admitted to Grays Inn as a Barrister. Guy practised as a barrister in Hong Kong until 1995 before returning to the UK and qualifying as a UK solicitor. Guy is also a practising solicitor in the Republic of Ireland.
Sam Holland

Sam obtained a degree in History from Lancaster University before completing the Graduate Diploma in Law at BPP in 2013. Sam is a UK Registered Trade Mark Attorney qualified by examination and a member of the Institute of Trade Mark Attorneys. He is also qualified to assist in conducting litigation relating to trade marks and designs before the UK courts. Sam specialises in filing and prosecution of trade marks as well as enforcement and the management of client trade mark portfolios.
